Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within [X] days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Free from perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks

Note: Since unstitched suits are cut/measured, and stitched suits may be made-to-order/tailored to your measurements, [SPECIFY: e.g., “custom-stitched orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item is defective or doesn’t match the description.”]

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-stitched/made-to-order suits (unless defective)
Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance
Suits with removed tags or signs of wear

4. How to Request a Return

Email/WhatsApp us at [EMAIL/PHONE] within [X] days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll review your request and share pickup/return instructions within [X] business days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X] business days of us receiving and approving the returned item.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds are issued via [bank transfer/UPI] — we’ll request your details separately.
Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within [X] hours of delivery with photos/video, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
